I have an occupational degree in Human Resources Management, and I joined bioMérieux's Personnel and Payroll Administration department in 2010. After a year's break, I undertook a two-year Master's degree in Human Resources Management, as part of the pay and employment benefits team. I was trusted and supported, and given a wide range of worthwhile tasks that enabled me to become more independent and take on more responsibility. The work-study format of my training enabled me to combine my higher education with work experience, and to develop and learn to assert myself. At the end of my studies, I was hired for a fixed-term contract of one year, and was then offered a permanent position in HR support for the EMEA* zone. The work-study scheme with bioMérieux offered me amazing opportunities. Today, I am in a role that I really enjoy and in which I am continuing to develop.
