We’re serious about work, but we like to have fun while we do it. Money Money Money! Who doesn’t like extra money for Retirement? Our 401(k) plan matches 75% of the first 6% of your pretax or Roth contribution after the first 90 days. To receive the match, employees must contribute. But that’s not all! Employees also receive 5% of their eligible pay through our Enhanced 401(k) program. Employees do not have to contribute to receive the Enhanced 401(k). Plus! We believe in having our teams share in the success of the company, which is why we’ve created a profit-sharing plan and we offer a variety of employee savings options. Thanks to bioMérieux’s initial public offering, nearly one in two current team members are bioMérieux shareholders.
