Overview
Deliver rapid drug-resistant tuberculosis (DR-TB) data with AmPORE-TB
Characterize 24 resistance genes in Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex with an efficient next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflow. Combine fast library preparation with on-demand sequencing and hands-off, comprehensive onboard analysis to deliver comprehensive, accurate reports within the same day.
As an exclusive distributor and support partner of Oxford Nanopore Technologies, bioMérieux brings to laboratories the complete solution, for research use only, including the GridION AmPORE-TB nanopore sequencing device, AmPORE-TB reagents, and the software.
Fast, easy workflow to assess DR-TB in TB positive samples
Efficient workflow
- Less hands-on time, easy NGS workflow for same-day results
- Targeted nanopore sequencing – scalable & flexible up to 22 samples per run
- Benchtop device for any lab and reusable flow cells (GridION AmPORE-TB)
- Built-in software for automated analysis execution after sequencing – no cloud connectivity required
- Workflow compatible with DNA directly extracted from sputum
Reliable results
- Targeted next-generation sequencing method recommended by WHO for Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) testing accuracy1
- In-depth per-sample results for research insights
- AMR data for 24 resistance genes, >1,200 drug resistance-associated mutations
- Clear quality control status including spoligotype lineage and HSP 65 NTM marker
