Threshold Notification Obligation

Article 10 of bioMérieux's by laws requires any natural and legal person, acting alone or in concert, who comes to hold directly or indirectly, a number of shares or voting rights in the Company corresponding to 1% of the Company's share capital or voting rights, and for any additional 1%, to declare to the Company (bioMérieux - Investors Relations Department - 100 rue Louis Pasteur - 69280 Marcy l'Etoile) by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within five trading days of crossing the threshold the total number of shares and voting rights held, as well as the securities granting immediate or future access to the capital and the voting rights potentially attached thereto.

The disclosure obligation also applies when the shareholder's shareholding in capital or voting rights falls below each of the thresholds mentioned in the paragraph above. All provisions relating to threshold crossing are set ou in the 2025 Reference Document - Section 21.2.7
