Bioethics Charter
bioMérieux confirms its ethical commitment to clinical research through a Bioethics Charter that guarantees transparency, accountability, and respect for human dignity.
Our charter targets all employees involved in research, but also ethics committees and regulatory authorities, as well as external partners, including investigators and sample providers.
This charter aims to:
- Ensure compliance with international standards (Declaration of Helsinki, Good Clinical Practice);
- Promote transparency and trust among stakeholders;
- Protect the rights and safety of research participants when collecting and using biological samples and personal data.
We invite all our stakeholders to join this ethical and responsible initiative.
