In 2021 bioMérieux creates its internal INCUBATOR open to all employees and open to all types of ideas from new bioMérieux product to spinoff startup.
Intrapreneurship is a free field to EXPLORE an idea in autonomy benefiting from startup methods, financial resources and 100% of your time dedicated to your project.
A safe space to dare test innovative solutions and ideas that will help serve the company’s strategy.
This program is supported all along the process by the Executive Committee of bioMérieux including the preselection, the selection based on pitch and the incubation follow-up.
After experiencing Design Thinking in practice for five days and presenting their idea to the bioMérieux Executive Committee with a pitch, the future intrapreneurs have successfully met the requirements for the internal Design Thinking Certification.
After successfully completing and presenting their entrepreneurial exploration work, they also fulfilled the requirements for obtaining the internal Intrapreneurship Certification.
