  • The PCA (Plate count agar) medium is used for the enumeration of microorganisms (bacteria, yeasts and molds), which grow in aerobic conditions at 30°C in food products for human or animal consumption.
  • It complies with standards NF EN ISO 4833-1 and NF EN ISO 4833-2.
