The Accellix Automated Flow Cytometer: Reproducible and Efficient Phenotyping for Cell Therapy Manufacturing
To demonstrate reproducibility and efficiency, Accellix, In collaboration with Triumvira, conducted a study that aims to demonstrate the ease of use, high reproducibility and comparability of the Accellix platform to conventional cytometers and cell counters.

Summary
This data demonstrates that the Accellix platform:
- Is able to detect with good resolution, events between the sizes of 0.95 μM—15.4 μM which includes all major cell lineages. (Figure 2)
- Generates highly reproducible phenotyping data in different research environments (Site A: San Francisco - Clean Room Site B: Canada - PD Lab) for various CD-markers (Figure 4).
- Is insensitive to inter-operator variability, as shown by four different end-users for various CD-marker (Figure 4).
- Is highly comparable in cell frequencies to convention flow cytometers, like the CytoFLEX, and with similar %CV within runs (Figure 5).
- Yields similar cell counts to those obtained with the NC-200 and VizBlue cell counters (Figure 6).
