The GENE-UP® QUANT Salmonella™ (QTS) assay utilizes an enrichment free sample prep paired with a multiplex detection method targeting a highly conserved pan-Salmonella genetic signature and an internal amplification control on the GENE-UP® providing Salmonella quantification in raw poultry in less than 4 h.
