GENE-UP® BREWPRO™ WILD YEAST PLUS delivers complete, accurate, and actionable results through the addition of proprietary and predictive gene targets. The resulting data empowers brewers to increase speed and confidence in their product release decisions, driving greater operational efficiencies.

GENE-UP® BREWPRO™ BACTERIA PLUS provides genomic-level detection of the lactic-acid bacteria species paired with risk-based detection by targeting the horA/horC hop resistance genes in the same assay. In addition, the test screens for strict anaerobes that can be near impossible to culture effectively via traditional microbiological methods and severely affect products with lower levels of dissolved oxygen, ABV, and IBU.

Hop-Resistant Pediococcus and Lactobacillus

Empower a proactive approach to quality with BREWPAL, which provides semi-quantitative results and helps prevent spoilage risk during processing, bottling and shipping. Sample collection can be completed by brewery staff with minimal training and is ideally suited for both high volume and craft brewers.

Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. diastaticus (STA1)

The BREWSTAT test provides early detection of Saccharomyces diastaticus, which can help enable aggressive remediation. The kit allows traceability to the point of contamination and protects breweries against recalls of tainted beer.

Brettanomyces/Dekkera Species

BREWDEK is the only Dekkera/Brettanomyces detection tool with unmatched ease-of-use and data available in less than 4 hours from sample collection, providing actionable response to the threat of undesirable wild yeast in the brewing process.

Megasphaera and Pectinatus Species

The BREWMAP assay is accurate, sensitive, and specific to Megasphaera and Pectinatus microbes that are challenging to detect through traditional testing methods. No enrichment is required, so results are available same day.

Lactic-Acid Producing Microbes

The BREWLAP detection kit for general lactic acid bacteria provides proven accuracy and data available in less than 3 hours from sample collection – providing actionable results that enable you to optimize your quality processes.

Brettanomyces Bruxellensis Species

BREWBRUX offers unparalleled performance with no compromise in ease-of-use or affordability. Semi-quantitative test results for Brettanomyces bruxellensis are obtained in less than 4 hours via hand-held cassette.
