Evaluating the Automated ACCELLIX™ Platform Against Conventional Flow Cytometry for Cell Therapy Samples

   

This poster demonstrates that the ACCELLIX™ platform achieves data quality comparable to conventional methods while substantially reducing turnaround time and operational complexity.

Summary

  • The ACCELLIX™ platform demonstrated strong concordance with conventional flow cytometry across multiple PBMC lots and treatment conditions, enabling successful analysis of starting materials, in-process samples and final drug products. The platform’s FCS export capability allowed for manual review and verification when required.
  • CD-Chex Plus® control values were within Streck’s specified ranges with both inter- and intrainstrument coefficients of variation (CVs) below 10%, confirming the suitability of this control material for use with the ACCELLIX™ platform.
  • Collectively, these results support the platform's utility for consistent, rapid, and reliable immunophenotyping in cell therapy quality control and manufacturing.
