  • Parameterization of cell density profiles and other characteristics allow unsupervised algorithms to dynamically identify, classify, and enumerate pre-defined cell subsets, mitigating the need for manual adjustment of gates and subjective data interpretation.
  • Linear regression and Bland-Altman analyses show strong agreement between ACCELLIX™ autoclassification and manual analysis results for 3 off-the-shelf assays and 3 custom CAR-T assays.
