We strive to build trusting, long-term, crisis resilient partnerships with our distributors for 60 years, and we encourage them to join us in a shared CSR strategy.
Our distributors follow precise and robust processes to ensure a high level of compliance and alignment, all in the aim of guaranteeing optimal customer experience and satisfaction.
We regularly conduct audits to evaluate how well they comply with our Global Code of Conduct and how they perform when it comes to product transportation, installed base maintenance, and adequate user training sessions.
The social, ethical and environmental footprint of our products and services cannot be dissociated from the business practices of our partners.
- We assess our distributors’ performance based on an evaluation comprising CSR criteria. In 2024 the distributors involved in this approach covered around 85% of the sales made through this channel. We also encourage them to be certified by EcoVadis.
- We also emphasize CSR training for our distributors: in 2024, 59% of sales were generated by CSR-trained distributors, exceeding the target of 55% set for 2025. We are now aiming for 80% by 2028.
