We understand that the world is very diverse and complex place, often presenting ambiguous situations for employees to navigate. In order to help provide clarity, we have developed a basic Global Code of Conduct that is intended to help guide the choices our employees make, their actions and behaviors.
This Global Code of Conduct establishes policies and procedures that are intended to guide employees and officers in the performance of their duties and responsibilities and ensure compliance with the Company’s commitments to ethical and lawful conduct. These rules apply to all employees and officers of bioMérieux, wherever the Company conducts business.
We ask that our employees review it carefully and use it whenever they have questions or doubts about business conduct or what they are being asked to do in the name of bioMérieux. If they do have any doubts as to the interpretation or application of these rules, their manager, the Human Resources or Legal departments are all available for support.
In addition, individuals may send an email directly to the Global Compliance Department. Anonymous reporting is available 24 hours a day online or by phone through EthicsPoint, a third party service, in some countries in compliance with local regulations.
