Employees receive 3 days of training per year on average.

Newcomers participate in a customized on-boarding experience designed to build employees’ confidence and create the necessary networks within the organization as they start their new job.

To address the challenge of ongoing change in our professional environment, Institut Mérieux created a company training center, Mérieux Université, an organization dedicated to collaboration and training for Institut Mérieux’s entities as well as outside companies. The role of Mérieux Université is to develop skills in-house thanks to training programs that enable our employees and our teams to better serve customers and patients.

To support our employees, it is also important to build a climate of trust and dialogue with managers. Managerial culture is a strong focus of our human resources policy.
