bioMérieux's GDPR Statement

As part of the The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), applicable from 25 May 2018 throughout the European Union, bioMérieux deploys a compliance program.

The GDPR is the main European text on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. It strengthens European residents' rights bearing on their data and increases accountability on the part of all stakeholders processing such data (controllers and processors), whether or not they are established in the European Union.
